But if you're a real chocoholic, you'll know exactly how to take your love to the next level: with light, smooth and deliciously, melty, chocolate truffles. They're the ultimate treat or gift and a luxury usually reserved for Christmas. Until now... Because the cocoa gods have been keeping a secret from you: you can make your own chocolate truffles at home. All you need is some double cream or coconut cream – we've sorted everything else for you, including a live, interactive workshop to take you through the process step-by-step. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Each kit makes approximately 20 truffles.

• 250g Belgian Dark Chocolate
  
• 200g Belgian Milk Chocolate
• Decorations: Coconut, Honeycomb Cinder pieces, Berry Dust and White Chocolate Flakes
• 1 x Piping bags
• 1 x Parchment Square

Twice a month at 5:30 or 6pm (Fridays & Sundays) live, all questions answered, 1 hour workshop, with small groups over Zoom.

You'll learn how to make these truffles:

The ‘I’m Losing my Marbles’ – a delicious dark chocolate truffle, marbled with milk chocolate and finished off with a dash of white chocolate flakes.

The ‘Honey I’m Still at Home’ – an indulgent milk chocolate truffle with a honeycomb surprise.

The ‘I’m Going Coconutty’ – a dark chocolate truffle, rolled in coconut and finished with a sprinkling of raspberry dust
